Haus of SM is conveniently located less than 200m from Bury Interchange which provides direct Metrolink services to Manchester City centre, Victoria, Piccadilly and Oxford Road train stations, Shudehill and Piccadilly bus and coach terminals and Manchester Airport. Trams run every 6 minutes from 6am until midnight 7 days a week.
Bury Interchange is also connected by a bus network with routes from Manchester, Salford, Bolton, Farnworth, Rochdale, Burnley, Rawtenstall and other local destinations.
Broad Street has on-street parking available for a maximum stay of 1 hour. Bank Street, Bolton Street, Silver Street and Manchester Road are all adjacent to Broad Street and have on-street parking available for a maximum stay of 2 hours. On street parking charges are £2 for 1 hour and £3 for 2 hours, this is valid for parking between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday, after 6pm is free. On-street parking on Sundays costs £1 and has no time limit.
For longer-stay parking, Bolton Street car park (BL9 0DL) is less than 100m away. Charges here are £5.50 for the full day, £4 on Saturdays and £1.50 on Sundays. Between 6pm and 8am is free. Extra spaces are available at Castle Leisure Centre (BL9 0HE) for the same price.
Parking is also available 300m away at Millgate Shopping Centre (BL9 0QQ) between 8am and 6pm for £5 for up to 6hrs and £10 for over 6hrs and £1 on Sundays. 300m away at Knowsley Place (BL9 0EJ) 24hrs a day for £11 for up to 9hrs and £14 for 24hrs.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
– Haus Of Sean Maloney content sessions are subject to an additional £50.00 damage deposit which will be refunded within 3 working days if no damage should occur
– Events are subject to £150.00 damage deposit which is refunded within 3 working days if no damage or excess cleaning is required
– Full payment is required to secure your booking. Dates are secured for 24 hours. If payment isn’t received within 24 hours the date will be released and open for bookings.
– Please note payment is not refundable or transferable for any date changes or amendments
– For any cancellation, payment will be forfeited
– Your allocated time slot is for your use and inclusive of set up and departure time. In the event of late arrival your time will still start from the original booking slot.
– If required there may be an option to extend your stay. This will be charged at £80.00 per hour or £120.00 for two hours.
– Any visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
– If you are planning on bringing animals into the studio this will require an additional £50.00 fee and will need to be confirmed and signed off with Team SM ahead of your arrival.
– Please note any damaged caused by makeup, tan, food or drink will result in your damage deposit not being returned
